Spring Internship Opportunity at Includ(Ed)

Location: Includ(Ed) – Pacific Beach, San Diego
Dates: March 3rd, 2026 –May 29th, 2026 (flexible depending on school schedules) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9-3 (partial days, full days, 2 days, 3 days, 5 days available- we work with your school schedule!)

Our mission is to increase access to quality early childhood education and childcare by fostering an inclusive, relationship-centered, and play-based learning environment.
Internship Overview
This spring internship offers a unique opportunity for college students or pre-professionals pursuing careers in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Music Therapy, Early Childhood Education, or Special Education. Interns will gain hands-on experience working with children aged 0–5, support classroom activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and therapists.
You’ll be paired with a mentor from your field of interest, offering personalized guidance, professional insights, and opportunities to shadow therapy sessions and classroom interventions.
